浅埋型伸缩缝

GQF-E80型桥梁伸缩缝是公路桥梁上广泛使用一种桥梁伸缩缝产品，E80型公路伸缩缝是桥梁结构承担大动力荷载的附件。原来均为板式橡胶伸缩缝装置，更换为D80伸缩缝装置。所选用的D80伸缩缝装置，其各项技术指标经验证完全符合要求。适用于桥面铺装厚度等于或大于80mm，伸缩量小于或等于80mm的各种桥梁，新建桥梁或旧桥改造均可选用。

GQF-E80型桥梁伸缩缝的安装方法：

The installation method of GQF-E80 type bridge expansion joint

（1）将两段伸缩缝装置上平面置于同一水平面上，使两段伸缩装置接口处紧密靠拢，并校直找正。

安装时，伸缩装置的中心线应与梁端预智槽伸缩缝预留间隙中心线想重合（可用吊绳法找平），其长度与桥宽度对应，然后穿放横向联结水平钢筋，并将边梁垫起（不可悬空）。

GQF-E80型桥梁伸缩缝的标高与固定，沿桥宽横向每隔1.2m放置一横吊梁。使伸缩装置上顶面紧密贴在槽钢下面，以两侧沥青混凝土面层的标高为准，控制伸缩缝的标高，然后对伸缩缝的纵向直线度也进行调整。伸缩缝的标高与直线度调整到符合设计要求后，可进行临时固定，固定时应沿桥宽的一端向另一端依次将伸缩缝边梁上的锚固装置与预留槽的预埋钢筋每隔2-3个锚固筋骨焊一个焊点，两侧对称施焊，以保证抄平后的伸缩缝不再发生变位，严禁从一端平移施焊，造成伸缩缝翘曲。
