异型钢单缝式伸缩装置

GQFC型、GQFZ型、GQFL型、GQFF型、GQFMZL型模数式桥梁伸缩装置，是采用热轧整体成型的异型钢材设计的桥梁伸缩装置。GQFC型、GQFZ型、GQFF型、GQFL型伸缩装置适用于伸缩量80mm以下的桥梁接缝，GQFMZL型伸缩装置是由边梁、中梁、横梁和连动机构组成的模数式桥梁伸缩装置，适用于伸缩量80mm-1200mm的大中跨度桥梁。

1、设计荷载：采用J刊公路工程技术标准规定的汽车超过20级荷载进行设计。

2、本结构使用的异型钢材质为16Mn桥梁专用钢，钢材抗拉强度应不低于480Mpa，容许弯曲应力不低于210Mpa。

3、结构中支承横梁使用16Mn或45号钢，其容许弯曲应力不低于210Mpa。

异型钢单缝式伸缩装置由一条整长的橡胶密封条，一组钢质边梁及锚固件组成。钢质边梁内侧带 有能固定橡胶密封条的沟漕。焊固在钢梁外侧的锚固件，与梁端预埋钢筋相焊接，浇筑高强度混凝土过渡段后，同志梁体连接可靠，具有与桥面接合平顺，密封止 水，伸缩灵活，行车平稳，使用寿命长的特点。适用于伸缩量0-80mm的桥梁。
